Frédérique Bel was born on March 24, 1975 in Annecy, Haute-Savoie, France. She is an French film, television, voice actress and writer, known for Un long dimanche de fiançailles (2004), Qu'est-ce qu'on a fait au Bon Dieu? (2014) and Il était une fois Jean-Sébastien Bach (2003). She is well known for portraying the character of Dorothy Doll in the small sequence La Minute Blonde from Le Grand Journal on Canal+. She then had a successful acting career playing main and supporting roles in many films and television series.
